Terms of Use
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and Chengcheng Liu (Vanessa Liu), Richmond Hill, Ontario ("we", "us"). By installing or using REFarm you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
2. What REFarm is, and is not
REFarm organises door-knocking: it holds addresses you supply, orders a walking route, and records what happened at each door.
REFarm supplies no property data. It ships with no listings, no owner records, and no MLS content of any kind. Every address in your copy is one you imported or typed.
3. Your data, and your obligations
You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you import. That includes obligations you owe to your brokerage, your real-estate board, any data provider, and privacy law that applies to you — in Canada, PIPEDA and its provincial equivalents.
Board and MLS data is typically licensed to you personally, for your own business, and may not be redistributed. Putting such data into an app does not change what you are permitted to do with it. You must not use REFarm to circulate data you are not licensed to circulate.
You must not use REFarm to contact anyone in breach of do-not-call rules, anti-spam legislation, or a request not to be contacted.
4. No affiliation
REFarm is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Canadian Real Estate Association, REALTOR®, TRREB, PropTx, any real-estate board, or any brokerage. Trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Subscriptions
If REFarm offers a paid subscription, it is billed through your Apple ID. Price and term are shown before you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy; we cannot issue them directly.
6. Availability
REFarm relies on services we do not control — Apple's, Google Maps Platform, your network and your device. Features that depend on them can be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
7. No professional advice
Nothing REFarm shows or suggests is real-estate, legal, tax or financial advice. Route order, prompts and notes are aids to your own judgement. Decisions about how you prospect, what you say, and who you contact remain yours.
8. Liability
REFarm is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost data, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your data lives on your device — keep your own backups; deleting the app deletes what it holds.
9. Ending it
You may stop using REFarm at any time by deleting it. We may end access if these terms are breached — in particular section 3.
10. Governing law
The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes and material changes are noted in the app's release notes.
